Taking Care

Taking Care

When owning a dog you have to be responsible and make sure he is getting everything he needs. This includes, food, water, space for him, and other things. Dogs are quite expensive, so you have to make sure you have enough money to be able to take care of him. First you have to buy him food. There are many human foods that could kill a dog, one being chocolate, so you should be careful when buying food. It’s also best not to give him any human foods or drinks, but rather buy food made for dogs. A dog will be fine with water, as long as he gets enough. They also tend to like to move around. When put in a cage, a dog might feel constricted, and won’t be able to exercise. If you have a yard let him outside to run around a bit, and get some energy out of him. If you don’t have a yard take him on daily walks to help him stay fit, and active. The biggest money issue is the vet. You need to have vet check ups for your dog, and if your dog gets severely hurt you have to take him to the vet. It all costs a lot of money. But there’s more. Buying treats, toys, and a blanket or dog bed all will help your dog be happy. If you think you can do all of these things you will be able to take care of a dog.
